Norelia Balance sells digital, downloadable educational products (including workbooks, audio sessions, and video content) related to sleep and general wellbeing during perimenopause and menopause. All products are delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped. Our products are educational and organizational tools. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is a one-time charge processed at the time of purchase via Stripe and/or PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the listed price. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

After a successful purchase, you will receive access to your digital product(s) by email, typically within a few minutes. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, monitored email address at checkout and to check spam/promotions folders if delivery seems delayed. When you purchase a product from us, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own individual, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, reproduce, or create derivative works from our products without our prior written permission.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Our Site is built on and delivered through third-party platforms, including Systeme.io (website, checkout, and email) and Stripe/PayPal (payment processing). We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these third-party services, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist you if they affect your access to a purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
