If you're not satisfied with a Norelia Balance digital product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date — no detailed explanation required.
Email info@noreliabalance.com from the same email address you used at checkout, with your name and the approximate purchase date. Your order confirmation email is helpful but not required. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider's processing times. You'll receive an email confirming when your refund has been issued.
This policy applies to all digital products sold on noreliabalance.com: The 3AM Sleep & Reset, The Guided 14-Day Reset Companion, The Seven-Day Sleep Reset Audio Pack, and any bundle combining them. Because these are instant-access digital products, refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
